Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupboiled corns
  2. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  3. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  4. 1/2 cupchopped and half boiled French beans
  5. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  6. 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  7. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  8. 200 gramsboiled rice
  9. as requiredOil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 3/4 tsp paneer butter masala gravy mix
  12. 2 tsp kitchen king garam masala
  13. 1/2 tsp haldi
  14. some chopped coriander leaves
  15. as requiredCloves, cinnamon and cardamom
  16. 1 tsp jeera
  17. 2tajpatta/bay leaves
  18. 2whole dry chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera, whole spices, tajpatta and dry chillies add chopped onion and tomatoes,salt,haldi and saute now add all boiled vegetables red chilli powder, paneer butter masala gravy mix powder, kitchen king garam masala saute till oil floats add cooked rice saute slowly. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves serve in Tiffin box.
