Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupbesan flour
  3. 2Onion (chopped)
  4. 2 gcoriander (finely chopped
  5. 2 gcurry leaves (finely chopped)
  6. 2chilli
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  10. as requiredWater a
  11. Pinchbaking soda
  12. as requiredOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, besan flour, salt, chilli powder, ajwain, baking soda, and add water combine everything well. Now check the consistency it must look as a thick dosa batter.rest it for 15 minutes.

    Add lengthwise thinly chopped onions and mix well then add green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and combine everything mix well.

    Heat oil in a kadai and drop a ball size of the batter into the oil. Fry this in medium flame till you get a golden brown colour.

    Now the Hot Spicy Onion Bondas are ready to be served with Chutney or tomato sauce.
