Soak dal and chawal for 5 to 6 hrs grind it to a fine paste, don't add more water during grinding

In the paste add all ingredients mix well and make small vada out of them...

Deep fry till golden

Serve hot with chutney and chai.... enjoy the mouth watering dish of western Odisha....with tea as a snack
