Steps

Soak urad daal overnight.

In the morning wash the daal and keep in a strainer for 15 mins,then in a grinder grind the daal into fine paste (do not add any water).

Remove the grinded mixture into a big bowl and cover and keep aside till evening.

In the evening take batter add rice flour + salt + chopped green chillies + chopped curry leaves + khane Ka soda and mix it well.

Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai put Vada batter in a oil just like you drop pakoda batter and fry them.

Serve medhu Vada balls with coconut chutney.
