Instant noodles pakoray

Tried first time this kind of pakoray. I looked into a lot of recipes and inspired by @SS_kitchencorner, @Sanober_sweetdelight and some our neighbor country India recipes. And made it by the combination of all. Instead of red chili powder, I used black pepper. The taste is quite unique and crunchy. Serve with chili oil and chili garlic sauce. I will try some other version soon. Because after that some more ideas came into my mind. You try this first, enjoy 😉

Instant noodles pakoray

Ingredients

30 mins
4 persons
  1. 1 packetinstant noodles
  2. 1/2 packetchicken stock (inside packet)
  3. 4 tbsbaisan
  4. 1 tspcornflour
  5. 3/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  7. 2twigs of spring onion
  8. 2green chilies chopped
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a small pan and pour water for boiling insta t noodles. In 5 mins, it soft and cook. Put it in strainer and let it cool.

    Now splash water, and make it unsticky. Put chopped spring onion and chopped chilies.

    Add salt, pepper and chicken stock powder.

    Put baisan and cornflour. Mix it dry first

  5. 5

    Now splashing water a d mix it well.

  6. 6

    Heat up the pan of oil. Wash your hand and scoop it with hand and put in the hot oil. Fry it till it turns into crunchy and crispy.

    Take it out and put it in stainer. Serve in serving dish with chili oil and chili garlic sauce. Enjoy in iftar or in tea time.
