Ingredients

  1. 6boiled potatoes
  2. 2green chilli chopped
  3. 2 spoonoil
  4. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. as required butter
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 spoonamchur powder
  10. 1 pinchgaram masala
  11. As required bread slice

    Take a kadai on gas add oil becomes hot add cumin seeds and hing when this tempering then add potatoes salt and all spices..

    Mix well and pour in a plate...

    Take for bread slice spread potato mixture in slice and cover with second slice.....

  4. 4

    Spread butter on top and down side of the bread slice when both sides look golden brown....

  5. 5

    Your aloo toast is ready to serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.......
