Ingredients

  1. 1 kgSela rice
  2. 1.5 kgsugar
  3. 1/2 kgghee
  4. food color
  5. 1 tspelaichi powder
  6. 4-5laung
  7. 1 pao khoya
  8. badam, pistay, khopra, ashrafi
  9. 2 tbspkewra essence
  10. 1/2 kgchamcham

Cooking Instructions

    Sela rice ache se saaf krlen koi kankar na rahe usme.

    Phir isay achi tarha wash kar k 7-8 hr k liye soak krden.

    Pani boil karen isme elaichi k chiklay add krden ta k uska arq pani me ajaye. beej ko pees lein jo bad me shamil karenge.

    Pani me food color dal k rice ik kani boil krlen.

    Tamam khoye, ashrafi, badam, pistay khopre ko kat kar ik jaga mix krlen.

    Ap rice ko strain kar lein. phir ik pateelay me rice dal kar upar se sugar aur half khoya mix shamil kar k rice pakayen. jab sugar ka pani dry ho jaye to uppar se ghee jo k alag se elaichi, long dal kar pakaya hoa tha usay rice par tarkay ki tarha dal kar kehwrha essence dal kar lid laga dein aur slow flame par 10 min rehne de.
    Chawal ko us wqt tak pakayen jab tak sugar ka pani dry na ho jaye.

    Agar ghee kam lage to uppar se thora oil b shamil kar sakte hain...

    Uppar se bacha hoa khoya badam pistay dal dein.

    Mazedar zarda ready hai.

    Dishout kar lein aur niyaz k bad nosh farmayen.
