Cooking Instructions

Put the eggs, butter, vanilla, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add cocoa powder and beat to combine.

Add baking powder and almond flour. mix well and then folded chocolate chips.

Grease an 8-inch square on parchment paper, scoop out the batter and smooth it out. Sprinkle almond sliced. Bake in the preheated oven at 175C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick is wiped clean. Let cool. Remove and set aside on a wire rack. Cut 16 brownie squares.

I MUST have sweets. Soft cakey or crispy and sweet or gooey and chocolate. Whatever. I hafta have it in my life. I have researched and tested several things. I’ve found a few things that give me what I’m looking for. I adapted a keto brownie recipe that used almond flour instead of what I used. I also added sour cream for guaranteed moisture.
