Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSemolina
  2. 3/4 cupSugar
  3. 3 1/2 cupFull fat milk
  4. 2 dropsred colour
  5. 1 tspCardamon powder
  6. 1/2 cupGhee
  7. 3 tbspFried cashewnut
  8. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Fry semolina in 1tbs ghee until get good aroma

  2. 2

    Add milk in pan. Add colour essence. When it boil reduce flame and add semolina gradually

  3. 3

    Stir well until get semi thick consistency,

  4. 4

    Add sugar and pinch of salt, mix, add remaining ghee cover and simmer 5min

  5. 5

    Now open add fried cashewnut, and 1 tbs ghee mix well

  6. 6

    Serve hot, with biriyani
