Ingredients

  1. 1katori suji/semolina
  2. 3/4katori ghee
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. as requiredWater
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. 2 tbspchopped dry fruit

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadhai and put ghee and semolina in it and roast it until semolina turns golden brown then add water in it and mix it well. Add sugar and dry fruits in it and mix well. When the sugar gets melt then add cardamom powder and mix it well and saute it for few minutes. After few minutes turn off the flame.
