Ingredients

  1. 1.5 kgrice (washed n soaked)
  2. 5onions sliced
  3. 3tomatoes chopped
  4. 3,4green chilies
  5. As per taste salt
  6. 1 tbspWhole spices
  7. Mintango chutney
  8. Chicken marination
  9. 1 kgchicken
  10. 1-2 cupsthick curd
  11. As per taste salt
  12. 1 tbspred chili powder
  13. 1 tspturmeric powder
  14. 5 tbspbiryani masala
  15. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Add water in cauldron along with salt,whole spices n bring it boil when it starts bubbling add in washed n soaked rice n wait till rice 3/4th done..

    Saute the onion in heated oil till translucent than add in chopped tomatoes n cook till soften than add green chilies n cook for few minutes.

    Now add marinated chicken in it n cook till oil separates. Than add mintango chutney n mix well.
    When chicken gets tender add in 3/4th boiled rice..

    Add some sliced onion,tomato, mintango chutney n mango pulp n cover..
    Put it on dum for 5 minutes on high flame n 15 minutes on low flame..

    Serve it..
