Ingredients

  2. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 2 cuppeas
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 3potatoes boiled
  6. as neededCoriander leaves chopped

  9. 1/2 tspaamchur(dry mango) po

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the boiled potatoes in circle shape. Then deep fry the potatoes till the potatoes are crispy and keep them in a separate.

    Now heat the oil in the pan, add curry leaves,green chilli and peas and let it cook for a while.

  3. 3

    Add the fried potatoes and mix all the all spices and seasom seeds mix well, cook for a while.

  4. 4

    Serve with chapati.
