Ingredients

3 persons
  1. 3kairi (raw mango - I took slightly yellowish and soft one)
  2. Few leaves of mint
  3. Small chunk of ginger
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 tspblack salt
  6. 2 tbssugar
  7. 1lemon
  8. cubesIce
  9. 7up

Cooking Instructions

    Take kairi… I took yellowish because this one only available and wanted to surprise my hubby. Well, cut into pieces. Take some mint leaves, a chunk of ginger and chop it and 1 green chili.

    Put kairi in blender, mint and chili.

    Then ginger, sugar and kala namak

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice and ice cubes.

    Blend it well everything. Pour in a glass.

    Then add 7up and more ice. Stir it with long spoon.

    Put a mint leaf for garnishing and enjoy refreshing Kairi drink 😋
