The most beneficial in summer is the raw mango juice, which some people make by frying mango while some by boiling it. Earlier the heat was burnt first, then the meal was cooked and mango was fried in the remaining heat, but now the gas is used so either you can boil it and make panna, or you fry it in a foil paper in the oven. The mango panna protects from Lu and also benefits in stomach disorder.
