Ingredients

  1. Raw Mango Panhe
  2. 1 cuppeeled and grated raw mango
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1/4 tspblack salt
  6. Few strands of saffron
  7. Boiled raw mango panhe
  8. 1medium size raw mango washed, boiled and cooled
  9. 1 cupgrated jaggery or jaggery powder
  10. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  11. 1/4 tspblack salt
  12. Few strands of saffron

Cooking Instructions

    For preparing PANHE with boiled raw mango, extract all the pulp from raw mango in a mixing bowl.

    Add jaggery (1 cup pulp to one cup jaggery). Add cardamom powder, black salt and saffron. Mix thoroughly. Add water about 2-3 glasses and again mix thoroughly.

    Serve with ice cubes and mint leaves.

    For preparing grated mango PANHE, put grated raw mango, sugar, Cardamom powder, black salt and saffron in a mixer jar. Blend till smooth texture is formed.

    Empty the mixer jar in a bowl. Add 2-3 glasses of water and stir thoroughly.

  6. 6

    Serve with ice cubes and mint leaves.
