Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlchopped MINT or PUDINA
  2. 1 bowlDHANIYA or CORIANDER leaves chopped
  3. Few leaves of TULSI or HOLY BASIL
  4. Spices all according to taste pls
  5. Salt,red chilli powder
  6. Chaat masala,garam masala
  7. Black pepper powder
  8. Sugar
  9. Halfone AVOCADO
  10. HalfAPPLE
  11. Few GRAPES
  12. 1 spoonlemon juice
  13. 1small chopped ONION
  14. 1small chopped TOMATO

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First always use hand blender to make thick paste.never use machines to make smooth paste

  2. 2

    Now first blend pudina,dhaniya,green chilli,onion,tomato,apple,avocado

  3. 3

    Now add all left ingredient with all the spices

  4. 4

    Its look bit hard in starting but pls never add water otherwise it will leave a lot of water and when you go to dispose all extra water it will taken away all the spices and chutney becomes tasteless

    Blend till all spices mixed properly and your yummy Hari bhari chutney is ready to make blast with good meal preparation
