This is a quick fast way of making Aam panna.
Cooking Instructions

Pressure cook Kairi (raw mangoes) 🥭 with some water

After 4 whistles, remove kairis and check if soft.

Squeeze out the pulp

Strain the pulp

Take strained pulp in a pan and add 1/2 cup water and stir well.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar

Stir and cook till sugar melts.

Season with salt, black pepper and 1/2 tsp. Roasted cumin powder and mix well.

Cook for 2 mins and allow it to boil.

When cool, Store in a container.

While serving, add ice cubes in a blender, 3-4 Tbsp. Cooked panna mix, 10-12 fresh pudina leaves

Add some water

Blend the mix and pour into tall glasses

Garnish with mint leaves sprig
