  4. 1 pinchhing
  5. 5-6garlic cloves

  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. 2 tspjaggery
  11. As Per TasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut kaddu in small pieces. Add oil and coriander seeds and hing. Add kaddu and add dry masala. Stir it well
    Add water, jaggery, and salt to taste.

    Cover the lid and take 2-3 whistles. After that open, it mashes the subji well and adds coriander leaves and Serve it.
