Ingredients

  1. 200gmPumpkin leaves chopped ,
  2. 2pices, (medium)Potato
  3. 50gmPumpkin
  4. 1Sponge gourd
  5. 1(medium)Brinjal
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspsugar
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder,
  9. 1 tbspMustard seeds paste (black),
  10. 2Dry chilli
  11. 1Bay leave
  12. 1/2 tspPanchforon
  13. 1 tspCumin powder
  14. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    At first we had to cut the all vegetables into small square shape, then clean it well, pumpkin leaves also clean in a bowl of water,

    Next take a frying pan,poured one table spoon oil heat it then add the all vegetables then add salt and turmaric powder, stirred it well then covered it with the help of a lid, cook it in low flame for 10minutes,

    Next open the lid then add cumin powder, mustard seeds paste, Cumin powder mix it well if it need some water so add half cup of water for softness,

    Then take an another pan poured into one table spoon oil heat it then add pach foron, dry chilli then add the whole vegetables which was boiled, then add half teas spoon sugar and mix it well cook it for 7to 8minutes, now it's ready to eat healthy vegetables, serve it with rice.
