    Mix both flour pour oil or ghee and make tight dough as per reqire water

    Rest dough for some time

    Make thick puri and fry it low flame

    Take pan and pour some sugar and water and prepare sugar syrup

    When syrup is. Ready put prepare puri in it

    Sprinkle curdomom powder on it your sweet mathari is ready
