Cooking Instructions

Take 500 grams of refined wheat flour/ maida in a bowl, add suji/ semolina in it, add salt as needed and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small pieces.Take one portion of the dough and make a round ball of it.Flatten it to the diameter of 2-2.5 inches.

Take the required amount of ghee dalda in a pan and heat it for a while. Fry the dough properly till it turns to a golden brown colour.

Take it out once it is fried properly and now your delicious achari mathri is ready to eat.

Knead the tight dough with the help of water.
