Cooking Instructions

Take oil dal wash it nice,add 1.5bowl water and put in cooker to boil, on low medium flame for 3/4whishle.(boil dal should be hard,if there is water drain it out).

Take a pan put it on stove add ghee,dal, Jaggery, sugar, nut meg powder, Elaichi powder mix well until mixer get hard, all water should be burn after that switch off stove and let it be cool down.

Take a bowl add flour, salt, oil, safforon water and water,make a smooth dough,keep it side for 10/15min.

After that take lemon size dough in hand make like a bowl add Jaggery mixer in to it make a ball and flatten it.make chappati.

Heat the pan on medium flame,.put chapati on top apply ghee both side roast it nice ly.

Serve hot.
