Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Vegetable (ugu leaf)
  3. Pepper
  4. Salt
  5. Crafish
  6. Palm oil
  7. Ginger and garlic
  8. Onion
  9. 1 cubeknor seasoning
  10. Ripe plantain
  11. Sweet potatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Cook beans till it's very soft and tender.

  2. 2

    Add in salt, pepper, crafish, ginger, garlic,seasoning and palm oil.

  3. 3

    Let it cook for 5min add vegetable and bring down from the fire immediately.

  4. 4

    Fry ripe plantain and sweet potatoes and serve with the beans
