  1. 1 large brinjal
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1/2 spoonginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tbsphaldi powder
  6. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 2 spoonsoil
  8. As Per TasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the brinjal properly & apply oil to it & put it on the gas burner to roast & turn the brinjal & roast it from all sides till it is soft from all sides.

    Now remove it from the burner & cool for 5 minutes & then remove its skin & open the brinjal with the help of a knife because it will be very hot from the inside.

    Now chopped onions & tomatoes & take ginger garlic paste.

    Now put oil in a pan & add onions & ginger garlic paste in it & sauté it
    Add salt to onions so it cooks fast.

    Now when onions are cooked add tomatoes to it & sauté it till tomato are soft
    Then add spices to it & sauté till oil gets separated from it.

    Now add brinjal in it & mix it properly in it & cook for 5 minutes & then your yummy bharta is ready to serve with jawar roti.
