Ingredients

  1. 1brinjal
  2. 3potato thick slices
  3. 1/2 cuponion paste
  4. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  6. 1 spoonkitchen King masala
  7. As Per TasteSalt
  8. As required red chilli powder
  9. 2 spoonscurd
  10. As RequiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel baingan and remove the purple part of baingan and cut it into thin slices.

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 minutes, then add onion paste, and saute till light pink, add tomato puree cooked well, add all masale and 1 ladle of water mix well.

    Add potato and bhinmal slices, and water according to the consistency of need ow gravy.

    Cooked till 2 or 3 whistles.

    Serve with chapati.
