Ingredients

Per capita
  1. 2/3 cupbroad bean
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 spoondill (chopped)
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 1 cupWater
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/5 teaspoonblack pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  9. 2 spoonoil (olive oil is the best choice here)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the fresh broad been and cut each into quarters.

  2. 2

    Pour oil into a pot and add grated garlic.

  3. 3

    When the garlic turned golden, add dill and spices and roast a little bit.

  4. 4

    Then add broad bean and water and let it boil until the water boils down.

  5. 5

    Break the egg into the pot carefully so that the yolk doesn’t break.
    Then put the lid and wait a couple of minutes for the egg to cook.

    You can serve it with Polo or bread.

  7. 7

    The salad is optional, mine is Salad Shirazi.
