Cooking Instructions

In a bowl put your flour+baking powder+salt and sugar mix it well

Add butter and mix until you get a crumby texture

Add in water gradually to form a dough. Do not over mix it.

Allow the dough to rest for 30minutes.

Roll it with a rolling pin on a surface and use a meatpie cutter to bring out the shape.

Add you meat floss in between and use your finger to brush d edge of the dough with water and then press it.

Add your oil in a fry pan and fry d pies until golden brown. Thank you.
