Ingredients

  1. 4Chopped potatoes
  2. 3Chopped tomatoes
  3. 1/2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tablespooncoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tablespoonturmeric powder
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. 2 tablespoonsoil
  8. 1/4 tablespooncumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tablespoongaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    First of all cut the potatoes, tomatoes, and green chilies. Then Put the cooker on the flame and pour oil into it.

    Add hing and cumin seeds then add red chili powder coriander powder and turmeric powder.

  3. 3

    Mixed potatoes and tomatoes and water in it.

  4. 4

    Closed the cooker lid and cook till 3-4 whistles on sim flame.

  5. 5

    After 5 min. open the cooker lid and mix green coriander and garam masala. Serve hot with chapati.
