Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.

Add tomato and green chili to the grinder and grind it, and make a paste.

Add oil in a cooker now add cumin seeds when crackled adds the paste and saute for 5 minutes and add all dry masale.

Now add cut potatoes and water, and take 2-3 whistles. Now open the cooker and garnish with green coriander.
