Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchparsley
  2. 150 mlgood (olive) oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blanch the parsley in some boiling water for a few seconds. Put in to ice cold water.
    Drain well on some kitchen paper

    Put in a blender with the oil

  3. 3

    Drain

  4. 4

    Put in a bottle

  5. 5

    Nice on pasta or fish or in your soup
