Ingredients

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-1hr
3 servings
  1. 2-3 Tbspcream
  2. 1/2 cuphung curd
  3. 1/2 cupthick curd
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 2-3 Tbsppowdered sugar
  6. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  7. as per requirementGarnish with chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, cream, peda

Cooking Instructions

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-1hr

    In a pan add milk and boil to make cream. Set aside

    In a blender add thick curd, hung curd, powdered sugar, ice, cardamom powder and milk, blend smooth.

    Add to serving glasses, garnish with cream, broken peda, chopped pistachios, chopped almonds and enjoy chilled Lassi
