Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 2 glassWater
  3. 1 tspJeera
  4. 1 tspChopped green coriander
  5. 1 tspChopped green chillies
  6. 2 tspGhee
  7. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and rinse rice and pressure cook with 2 glass of water.

    When rice is done, heat ghee in kadhai, add jeera and chopped chilli.

    Than add cooked rice and mix.

  4. 4

    Add little salt and chopped coriander and mix.

  5. 5

    Mix and cook for a minute.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve with any curry.
