In Gujarat, we prefix the word ‘Falahari’ to any fasting food. Hence the name of the chutney is falahari chutney.Falahari Chutney is a green chutney made with fresh coriander leaves, green chillies and spices. It is easy and simple to make. Mint can also be added along with coriander.
It is a multipurpose chutney and can be used as dip of various dishes. Falahari green chutney is a best accompaniment to almost all fasting food recipes. This Green chutney can be stored up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.

In a mixer jar add coriander leaves, green chillies, sendha namak, lemon juice, sugar and crushed peanuts.

Now crush it properly.
