Ingredients

4 to 6 hours
4 servings
  • 1.5 lbsboneless chicken breasts
  • 2red bell peppers sliced about 3 cups
  • 1/4,cup extra virgan olive oil
  • 1small onion diced
  • 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspgarlic salt
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

4 to 6 hours
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to freezer bag. Remove air and seal bag

  2. 2

    Cook on low setting in crackpot for 4 to 6 hours

  3. 3

    Or cook in instant pot. Saute 5 minutes. Flip over and add 1/2 cup chicken broth.

  4. 4

    Pressure cook 25 minutes
