Freezer bag meal. Freeze up to 3 months. Usually make 3 bags at a time
Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients to freezer bag. Remove air and seal bag

Cook on low setting in crackpot for 4 to 6 hours

Or cook in instant pot. Saute 5 minutes. Flip over and add 1/2 cup chicken broth.

Pressure cook 25 minutes
