  1. 3 kgflour
  2. 800 kgsugar
  3. 6 tbspyeast
  4. 100 gmilk
  5. Oil
  6. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Add water until you get a thick and stretchy consistency.

    Cover the mixture and keep in a warm area to proof for 1-2hrs.

    Pour your oil into a pan and allow it to get hot. Make sure it's on medium heat.

    Cut your onion and allow it to fry, then remove it.

  6. 6

    Start scooping your mixture with your fingers, in little amounts and dropping into the oil.

  7. 7

    Do this until the pan is full.

    Allow to fry until golden brown, then scoop out and continue with the rest of the mixture.

    After each batch of puff puff fried add little sugar and cinnamon (optional), and mix together until fully coated.
