  2. 15-20cashews
  3. 10-15raisins
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspmustard oil
  7. 1 tsppowder sugar
  8. 1/3 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1/2lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsprock salt

    Just wash poha with a glass of water.keep aside In a kadai heat oil or ghee & roast cashews and raisins

    In the same kadai add poha & all other masala combine well just saute and off the flame

    Poha evening snacks are ready to enjoy 😋
