Ingredients

  1. 25 gmssoaked tamrind
  2. 200 gmsjaggery
  3. 1/2 glasswater
  4. 1 starfood
  5. 1 black cardamom
  6. 1 small cardamom
  7. 1 cinnamon
  8. 1 clove
  9. As per tasteSalt or black salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take soaked tamarind and make pulp of it.take a vessel add pulp add jaggery and other star food, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and water, and boil it.

    It gets thickened and sieve with cloth and is ready to serve with bhelpuri, Dahi puri.
