Ingredients

  1. For Gravy:
  2. 5-6 tbspOil
  3. 5-6onion
  4. 1 tspAdrak Lehsan paste
  5. 4-5tomatoes
  6. 4-5Green chillies
  7. 1 kgChicken
  8. 1 packetSindhi Biryani masala: or 1 1/2 depends on spice
  9. Salt acc to taste
  10. 3-4Potatoes
  11. 1 kgRice
  12. 1/2 tspjaifal javitri powder
  13. Mint or dhania leaves
  14. Garam masala for dum
  15. 1/2 tspZarda rang mix with biryani essence

Cooking Instructions

    In a big karahi or daigchi, add oil then add onions in it. Fry them till it becomes dark brown

  2. 2

    Then add lehsan, adrak paste. Then add tomatoes and hari mirch

  3. 3

    After that add shan sindhi biryani masala and bhoonofy the masala achay se

  4. 4

    After it is done.. add chicken & potatoes in it

  5. 5

    Mix well and leave it to cook well on low flame. At the end add jaifal javitri powder

  6. 6

    On the other hand, let the water boil for rice. Add all sabut garam masala in it

  7. 7

    Then add rice. When rice is half done, strain the rice

  8. 8

    Now its time for layering. Add rice at the bottom then add little zarda rang dipped in essence.

    Now add cooked masala on top..

    Then again add layer of rice.. add zarda rang and dhania, podina

  11. 11

    Let it cook on low flame for dum

  12. 12

    Then mix the rice well and your biryani is ready. Serve with Raita
