Aloo goasht har ghar mein banta hay aur most popular dish hay Pakistan ki. Bohat mazedar salan banta hay jo roti, naan ya boiled rice ke sath bohat acha lagta hay. Mein do tarha se banti hun aloo goasht.
1)onions fry kar ke masala bhun ke goasht bhun kar cook karna.
2)Sub chezen mutton ya beef aur pani daal ke pakana ya sondh kar pakana bhi kehte hain. Aaj mein 2)wala Method se banaya hay.

  2. 4_5 potatoes
  3. 23 big onions sliced
  4. 4Tomatoes chopped
  5. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsphaldi powder
  7. 2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tsppaprika /kashmiri lal mirch powder
  9. 3 tbspdhania powder
  10. 1_1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  12. Dhania fresh
  13. 5_6Green chillies
  14. 1/4 cupdahi

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat, vegetables and cut all vegetables, keep ingredients ready.

    Take a deep pot and add beef, sliced onions,black pepper ginger garlic paste and all dry masalay except garam masala. Add 2glasses water, mix and cook on high flame till boil comes.

    Remove the foam /scum if appears with spoon than keep on low flame covered.

  4. 4

    When mutton is 70 %cooked add chopped tomatoes and few green chillies in it and cook on medium flame.

    Add oil and keep cooking till it starts frying, meat is also tender, ab meat ko achi tarha bhun lein, add dahi and fry till oil comes up, add potatoes in it and fry well in masala.

    Add more green chillies in it and add hot water to cook potatoes and gravy. Close lid and cook on medium low flame.

    Cook till gravy is well cooked and potato are tender. Salan should be well cooked no kacha pan.
    Sprinkle dhania, green chillies and garam masala powder on it. Give 5mins dum.

    Aloo gosht is cooked regularly in our home, served with boiled rice or roti.
