Ingredients

4 to 5 person
  1. 5-6fish pieces 🐟
  2. Marination
  3. 8-9garlic cloves
  4. 1 tspzeera whole
  5. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 tbspGaram flour (besan)
  11. 1 tbspcornflour
  12. 4lemon juice
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. Water as required
  15. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and clean the fish pieces with lemon

    Take mortal pastel add garlic cloves, zeera whole, coriander seeds

  3. 3

    And grind it like mashing.

    Take a bowl add garlic mixture, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cornflour,besan, Ajwain

  5. 5

    And squeeze lemon juice, oil and make a mixture by pouring few drops of water. Mixture shouldn't be too thick or watery.

    Coat the prepared masala on to the fish pieces and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.

    Take a karahi add oil and fry the fish pieces on medium heat and fry till light golden brown colour.

    Dish out and enjoy with your favourite Daal or curry chawal.

    Enjoy the fish in lunch or dinner or tea time 😋
