Ingredients

5fish filets (flounder, cod, stripped bass)
1 cupbuttermilk
1egg
1/4 cupwater
1 cupcorn meal
4 tbspflour
4 tbspold bay seasonings
1enough oil for frying, or use deep fryer or bake at 400 whatever your preferance

beat egg , buttermilk, and water well

mix cornmeal, flour and seasonings in separate dish
3

dip fish in milk then dry mix, either bake on cookie sheet for 20 min or fry about 3-5 min on each side until golden brown
