Cooking Instructions

In a pan heat oil add sliced onion, when the turns to light brown,

Add g.g paste, tomato, green chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, cumin seeds, whole black pepper, cinnamon stick, fry 5 - 10 mins then add meat,

When meat half done, add potatoes, cook 15 mins,

Add 2 cup of water, when water boil add soaked rice soaked rice (soaked 1/2 an hour) then half boil rice and put meat and mix well and cover it for 15 -20 mins dum,

Serve with yogurt.
