Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 bowlboiled batuwa
  3. 3 bowlwheat flour
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  7. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  8. 2Chopped green chillies
  9. As Requiredwater
  10. As Requiredoil

    For dough take a large plate and add wheat flour and salt. Mix well. Add water and knead a dough. Keep aside.

    For stuffing peel potatoes and mash them properly and add boiled batuwa.. Add all spices and mix everything well. The stuffing is ready now.

    Now take a small portion of dough and roll it. Fill in the stuffing of the potato in the center cover and press it. Dust it with little plain flour. Roll it to make paratha with the help of a rolling pin in a circle shape.

    Now heat a tawa and spread ghee and place paratha on the tawa. After a few seconds flip it. Apply ghee and flip it again. Apply little ghee on the other side also. Cook it from both sides properly.

    Aloo bathuwa Paratha is ready now. Serve hot with pickle, green chutney, curd, sabji, raita as you like......😋😋
