  1. 4boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. as per tasteSalt, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, coriander
  3. 1onion chopped and 2 green chillies chopped
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. as per requirementOil
  6. 1 tspMustard seeds and jeera
  7. 1/2 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds and jeera.

    Add onion and green chillies and mix.cook for 2 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and mix. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add salt, coriander powder, Red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix.

    Add 1 glass of water and let it cook for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add coriander leaves and garam masala. Switch off the flame.

  7. 7

    Serve with plain rice or chapati.
