Ingredients

serves 2 servin
  1. 2 cupsmoong dal
  2. 1 cupsemolina
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 3 inchesginger
  5. 6,7green chillies
  6. 1 tsp cumin
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. as requiredGrated veggies (carrots,beetroot, coriander)
  10. as requiredOil
  11. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal for 4,5 hours.
    Blend moong dal, semolina,ginger, green chillies,curd.Make soft paste. Remove in the bowl.

    Ferment overnight or if you want instant you add 1tspoon Eno. Mix well. Add cumin seeds,turmeric powder,salt.mix well

    Heat dosa pan. Adjust chilla batter with water. Apply oil on a dosa pan. Sprinkle some water. Spread chilla batter on a pan.

    Cook for two minutes. Spread grated veggies on it.cook well and serve hot with chutney.
