  1. 1 kgrice
  2. 2potatoes cut in cube
  3. 2carrots cut in cubes
  4. 1/2 cuppeas
  5. 1capsicum cut in cubes
  6. 2onions sliced
  7. 2tomatoes sliced
  8. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  9. 1chicken cube
  10. 3-4cloves
  11. 2-3black peppercorns
  12. 1cinnamon stick
  13. 1Bay leaf
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 5-6Green chillies
  16. 2 tbspdahi
  17. 1 tspdhania powder
  18. 1 tspbiryani masala
  19. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Fry all vegetables in a wok,put dahi in it and let it rest.

    Fry onions,add ginger garlic paste,2 green chillies chopped,sabut garam masala.

    Put tomatoes,all spices and cook for a while and add peas

  4. 4

    Once masala is cooked ads veggies with dahi and cook.

    Boil the pre soaked rice in water with baadyaan,zeers,salt and bay leaves.

    Put rice on dum,add yellow food colour some brown onions and let it cook on dum for 10 mins.
