Boil and mash the raw bananas. Now in a pan add oil, add bananas, the spice in the filling section, some water and mix well

For the garlic chutney, grind the ingredients to a smooth paste. For sweet chutney grind soaked dates with jaggery powder

For the dabeli masala, dry roast the whole spices amd the grind thwm with powdered spices

For the masala peanuts in a pan heat oil, add spice in the section, turn off the flame and coat them with the masala paste formed

For assembling, take dabeli buns, apply sweet chutney, garlic chutney and fill the raw banana masala

Now garnish with tutty fruity, pomegrante seeds, masala peanut and sev. Heat butter in a pan and fry it on both the sides

Serve hot. In Kutch these street food is too famous and that too people take it as a whole meal.
