I use this curry roux
Half medium hot and half hot, I use both. - 2

I use presser cooker (shorter cooking time, but you can cook with deep pan too)

Add vegetables and sprinkle salt and pepper
Mix well
(do not need to cook much, just covered by oil) - 6
Pour water (about 1300 ml) and put bay leaf

Close with rid
Turn heat high until presser cookers pin up - 8
When the pin is like that, turn heat to low and cook 7 minutes
After 7 minutes, turn off and wait until pin down - 9
Open the rid (still off)
Add curry roux, mix well until all melted
Then turn heat on low - 10
Curry get thicker texture, it’s done
Pour over cooked rice
