Cheesy chicken & asparagus skillet

Ingredients

  1. 3-4 cupscooked chicken breast chopped
  2. 1 stalkasparagus chopped
  3. 1small onion chopped
  4. 1heaping cup par boiled rice uncooked
  5. 2 cupschicken stock
  6. 1 canhealthy request cheddar cheese soup
  7. 1 bagshredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
  8. Adobo seasoning & garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté the onions with a spray of pam in a soup pot until slightly golden. Add asparagus in and sauté for a few more mins

  2. 2

    Add broth and bring to a boil. Add seasoning & rice. Reduce to simmer and cook for 18 min.

  3. 3

    Add chicken, can of cheese soup and cheese last two min to melt & heat through. Mix well and serve!
