Ingredients

  • 3-4 cupscooked chicken breast chopped
  • 1 stalkasparagus chopped
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1heaping cup par boiled rice uncooked
  • 2 cupschicken stock
  • 1 canhealthy request cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 bagshredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • Adobo seasoning & garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onions with a spray of pam in a soup pot until slightly golden. Add asparagus in and sauté for a few more mins

  2. 2

    Add broth and bring to a boil. Add seasoning & rice. Reduce to simmer and cook for 18 min.

  3. 3

    Add chicken, can of cheese soup and cheese last two min to melt & heat through. Mix well and serve!
