Ingredients

4 - 5 servings
  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 1/5 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 cupoil
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1/2 cupcake flour
  8. 1 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Gather ingredients. Soak rice in milk for 4 hours or overnight

  2. 2

    Blend soaked rice together with oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar for 4 - 5 minutes or until the rice is mostly broken down

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into a mixing bowl. Sift flour and baking powder over the mixture. Mix until thoroughly combined

  4. 4

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 - 35 minutes or until cooked through

Maybe a smaller cake tin not sure size. Used the rice and rice. (Uncooked) but really nice flavours. I think with a fruity sauce and little vanilla ice cream amazing desert. Thank you for recipe. ❤️
